Spend your days exploring nearby museums, catching a live show, or riding the streetcar down St. Charles Avenue. By night, dive into the city’s legendary food scene or enjoy cocktails in some of NOLA’s most iconic bars—all within walking distance. Nearby attractions include The Saenger Theatre (0.2 miles), the French Quarter (0.4 miles), Caesars Superdome (0.7 miles), Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (0.9 miles), National WWII Museum (0.8 miles), and Canal Street (steps away). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
