Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. Minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use.
