Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. While the property is kept in excellent condition, minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use.
