This quiet setting is set far back from the road, offering total tranquility just 10–12 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack, downtown, and Saratoga Lake. This home sleeps up to 10 guests and features an inground backyard pool surrounded by woods, a screened-in porch for relaxing and outdoor dining, a SONOS sound system, and 2 TVs. The kitchen connects seamlessly to the main living areas. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. Daytime events are allowed with prior approval. If you wish to request an additional pool cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability. The propane for the grill may run out during your stay, and while we do our best to provide a tank, we cannot guarantee it will be full. If you need to refill it, just keep your receipt and we’ll gladly reimburse you for the cost. Monthly cleanings by our team are required to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests staying longer than 28 days. Cleanings are $300/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night.
