This single-level home is curated to feel elevated, stylish, and comfortable. The light-colored features amplify the natural light, creating a fresh and bright atmosphere. It is equipped with a huge smart TV in the living room and primary bedroom. Regular kitchen amenities and an indoor fireplace are included. Outdoor and garage amenities, including barbecue grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items, are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While the partner does its best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. These amenities are not guaranteed and are not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning. From I-84 W, take exit 33 Karcher Rd towards Nampa/Marsing. Take a right onto W Karcher Rd, then a right onto S Montana Ave, a left on Gresham Dr, a right onto Suffolk Ave, and finally a right onto Tesswater St. A common area is located right across the street. This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. The minimum age to rent is 21. No vaping or smoking is allowed in the home. Loud parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of furniture and do not allow animals on furniture. If the home is pet-friendly, do not leave pets alone without being crated. No cats are allowed unless pre-approved. Please treat the hot tub with care and respect; if it is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. Please refill the hot tub above the highest jet if used and the home has one available. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the partner is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. While photos are representative, some decor or furniture may differ slightly. This does not qualify as grounds for refund. Due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife (ants, spiders, flies, squirrels, etc.) may be present, which is considered normal for the area. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and while it’s generally quiet, occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic may occur.
