This home is right next to one of Nampa's Greenbelt trails, the Stoddard Pathway! Enjoy nice trees and natural grasses as you walk, run, or ride your bike on Stoddard Pathway. The pathway has approximately two miles of paved surface and stretches from East Iowa Avenue to about one-half mile south of East Locus Lane. Parking is available by Maple Wood Park located off of Greenhurst Road. Shady Grove Neighborhood is a small residential development just minutes away from NNU. To get here, take exit 38 Idaho Center Blvd from I-84 W. Turn left on the Garrity Blvd, turn left onto S Can Ada Rd, then a right onto S Can Ada Rd/N Happy Valley Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto E Amity Ave, turn left onto Chicago St/Louisiana Pl then a right onto E Elm Grove Dr and the destination will be on the left. There is limited public transportation, you will definitely want a vehicle to get here and around town. While Uber or Lyft may be available, it may be sparse with long wait times.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Please treat the home with care and respect and excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher or sink. Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund.
