No sub-leasing; do not exceed the maximum occupancy without written approval. Stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. Check-in is 4:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free; report any pest issues immediately. Guests must cooperate with pest control efforts if needed. Use of amenities (grills, bikes, beach gear, kayaks, pools, hot tubs, etc.) is at guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near pools or water; approved flotation devices are required for kayaking/paddleboarding.
