This residence is located in the city's most exclusive area, offering an unforgettable stay. NO PARTIES. There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. NO SMOKING inside the property or on the balcony. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine and termination of the reservation. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at any time. All guests must be registered for liability purposes. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.
