NO PARTIES. There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. NO SMOKING inside the property or on the balcony. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine and termination of the reservation. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at any time. All guests must be registered for liability purposes. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. Please return the key and fob to the lockbox. If the key + fob is missing or damaged, the cost for replacement is $400.00+hst. A $100.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am. Please contact directly for maintenance and/or repairs. Shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house. Please leave the washing machine door slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding.
