Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the property at any time, and a surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. If the key and fob are missing or damaged, the cost for replacement is $400+hst. A $100/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am. Shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.
