This apartment features top-quality furniture and a TV that swivels for viewing from either the sofa or the bed. The 3/4 bath includes a stacked washer and dryer and a brand-new tiled shower with a glass door. The kitchen, though limited, is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate, and usual small appliances, along with plates, cups, glassware, and silverware. A heat pump provides both heating and air conditioning. This is a fragrance-free home, supplied with unscented paper products, dish soap and detergent, clothes detergent, and pump soap, with the exception of shampoo, conditioner, and wrapped tiny bar soaps. For longer stays between 21 and 28 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is provided free of charge. An additional $260 non-refundable fee covers up to $3,000 in damage insurance for extended stays. Conveniently located within walking distance to Shane Park, this apartment offers a quiet retreat. A car is recommended for getting around, as the area may experience slower internet connectivity due to its location. Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to complete a Check-In Form provided by our trusted partner and attach a valid government-issued photo ID to finalize their reservation. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation will result in a $300 smoke removal fee and potential eviction without refund. No pets are allowed; unauthorized pets will incur a $500 additional cleaning fee and immediate eviction. No fireworks or events are permitted, and additional guests beyond what was agreed upon are not allowed. Violations of house rules may lead to immediate departure and forfeiture of rental fees. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property is adjacent to another unit with a securely locked connecting door, ensuring privacy, but the outdoor patio is a shared space. An outside camera is present for security purposes, facing the front yard. Tampering with outside cameras will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Internet connectivity may be weak at times due to the unit's location, and refunds will not be issued for lack of internet. Guests are responsible for troubleshooting directly with the service provider for internet issues. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted; guests should use the local post office. Guests must respect neighbors' privacy, avoiding trespassing and loud noises. We are not responsible for environmental noises such as road noise or animals. Guests are responsible for any damages or theft during their stay, assessed at labor and replacement costs. Reported accidental damage is covered up to $1500. If the home is on a septic system, only septic-approved toilet paper should be used.
