Parties are not allowed. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the balcony. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine and termination of the reservation. Additionally, smoking inside the property, on the patio, or in the courtyard of this complex is strictly prohibited and enforced by the condo management, and any breach of this rule may result in fines from the condominium board up to $1000 which will be passed along to the guest in addition to any costs incurred for remediating smoke odor and damage to property contents. Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the property at any time. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. A $100/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 am.
