There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost keys. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Emotional support animals may be charged a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. A damage waiver or security deposit/hold may be required.
