The kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and pots and pans. A washer and dryer are also included. The living room features a fireplace and comfortable seating. Access to Rumbling Bald resort amenities is included.
Twelve guest passes are provided to access community amenities.
Located in the picturesque surroundings of Lake Lure, North Carolina, this property is near Rumbling Bald resort amenities, including pools, multiple restaurants, two golf courses, mini golf, boat tours, boat rentals, fishing, a spa, and a gym. The game room is above a detached garage and requires walking outside to access it.
Motorcycles, ATVs, mopeds, skateboards, sleds, roller skates, roller blades, and go-carts are not permitted within the resort area. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. There is a $50 fee for each lost resort pass, a $100 fee per hour for late check-out, and a $100 fee per night for each additional guest on the property not listed on the reservation. There is a $300 fee per night per animal for any unauthorized animal on the property. Please do not light a wood fire in gas or electric fireplaces, as doing so will result in a fine of $1000 to replace the electrical unit, plus the cost of additional damages. Gas fireplaces will be unavailable in warmer months. Guests must be over 25 years old to book this listing. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. Any excessive cleaning fees charged by any cleaners will be passed on to the guests. Guests will not touch, unplug, or reset any networking equipment, including, but not limited to, modems, routers, hubs, access points, nodes, etc. Any loss of signal due to guest interference will result in removal from property. Any violation of the rules will result in immediate removal from property without refund.
