Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the gas grill (receipts will be reimbursed) or bringing their own charcoal for a charcoal grill. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
