Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the house; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill (receipts will be reimbursed) or bringing their own charcoal for charcoal grills. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
