There are TVs and ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and blender, as well as cookware and tableware. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer with laundry essentials, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry; if the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
