There is plenty of closet space, a separate entrance in the hallway, and access to a fenced backyard. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, and microwave. A 55" 4K HDTV with Android TV and many streaming channels is included, as is high-speed internet over Wi-Fi. Full kitchen appliances, an iron/ironing board, and a hair dryer are provided, as well as a water filter pitcher. The building is designated as a federal historic landmark, and there is a wireless printing station and coin-operated laundry in the building hallway next door. Metered parking is available in front of the building ($0.50/hour, free after 5 PM until 8 AM and on weekends).
