The loft, where the full-size bed is located, has a low ceiling (3 ft) and is accessed by a ladder, making it unsuitable for small children or infants. Guests should be comfortable with off-grid living. There is no cell service at the property; enabling Wi-Fi calling before arrival and saving arrival details in advance is recommended. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Dogs are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee; no cats are permitted. Due to the rural, mountainous location, AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles with all-weather tires are necessary for winter travel, as the driveway is uphill and can be challenging in snow or ice. A shovel is provided for guest use. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. No changes to check-in or check-out times are permitted during holidays or from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.
