A ski workshop is available for storage and tune-ups. A vehicle is necessary to get around as there is no or limited Uber or transportation services in the area. There is no street parking allowed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM from November 1 through April 1.

Enjoy easy access to surrounding Catskills towns and ski areas, with Belleayre Ski Center just 14 minutes away and Plattekill Ski Center 19 minutes away. The property is also close to hiking trails, swimming holes, and seasonal events.
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and guest count must match the reservation. Daytime visitors require prior approval. No pets are allowed. No outdoor water games, sprinklers, slip and slides, or kiddie pools are permitted. Flush toilet paper only. Guests should be aware of active wildlife in the rural Catskills setting. Rural, mountainous roads can be unpredictable during winter months (October–April), and AWD, FWD, or 4WD is recommended. The driveway is plowed and shoveled every 3–4 inches of snow. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and will not be determined until 2 days prior to check-in or check-out.
