Noe Valley is in the geographic center of the city, between Diamond Heights and Twin Peaks on the west and the Mission District on the East. Noe Valley has many good restaurants and shops on Church and 24th street. Mission Street area and the Castro are both a moderate walk away and offers a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and interesting walks. We are probably 20 minutes from the Opera house and symphony hall and the Civic Center by car or take the J-Church streetcar. Please be careful not to park in the red-painted curb area just outside the driveway—this is a red zone, and parking there can result in a ticket. The J-Church streetcar stop is a about a block away, and travel time to downtown is around a 1/2 hour to the end of Market (the Embarcadero). The 24th Street BART station is about a 15-20 min walk. Guests are required to sign a lease. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
