Close to the freeway, Costco, grocery store and shopping are all convenient to get to. This townhouse has everything you need for your stay in San Jose. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a murphy queen size bed. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms and a parking garage space for one car. There is also a Peloton bike available for guests to use with their own account. Bring your own shoes. There is a television that guests can use in the living room and there is a full kitchen with all the amenities needed for cooking a full meal. Guests will be responsible for taking the trash cans out weekly to be emptied and filling the water softener once a month with salt that will be provided. We take pride in our home and we want guests who will be responsible and take care of our home. Guests have access to the townhouse and one parking space in the driveway. One closet in the townhouse will be locked. I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies during your stay. There are stairs in the townhouse, so guests need to be able to climb stairs. Guests are required to sign a lease. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
