Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with ductless split system quiet AC units for optimal comfort. The kids' room is equipped with a TV, toys, and games for endless fun.
Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $250. Vehicle registration is $5, which includes parking and access to the trash compactor. There is a rental fee of $35 for all renters in the community.
Located inside the amenity-filled Locust Lake Village, this community is quiet, safe, and secluded, with its own security. Amenities include three lakes with sandy beaches, a ski hill with a rope tow, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball, and bocce courts, and a community center. The lakes are stocked with fish, and boating is permitted. In the winter, enjoy the community's ski hill and sledding hill. In the spring and summer, utilize the three beautiful community lakes with roped-off swimming areas, playgrounds, and sports courts. The community clubhouse hosts events such as bonfires, performances, bingo, fishing tournaments, and firework shows. The property is also just 15 minutes away from top local attractions like Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski resorts, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and The Crossings Outlets.
All guests must be registered with the community at least 48 hours before check-in. Registration for guests is done online via a provided link. There is a rental fee of $35 for all renters in the community. If you register 2 or fewer days before arrival, an extra $35 fee will be charged. No smoking or large parties (more than eight people) are allowed on the property. All pets, including service and ESA, must be disclosed. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
