There are multiple levels and stairs throughout the home. There is no air conditioning, but the home was designed to take advantage of cross ventilation and the cool mountain air. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Daytime visitors require prior approval. One dog is allowed with prior approval and an additional fee, but no cats are allowed. The check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. No changes to check-in or check-out times are allowed during holidays or from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Early check-in or late check-out may be available outside of these dates with advance notice and approval, subject to availability and an additional fee. There is no cell service at the house, so enable Wi-Fi calling before arrival and save or screenshot arrival details (address, door code, Wi-Fi, contact info) in advance.
