Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Daytime visitors require prior approval. No smoking is allowed indoors. One dog is allowed with prior approval and an additional fee; no cats are permitted. A vehicle is needed to enjoy the countryside, as Uber or cab service is limited in the area. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. The loft bedroom is accessed via a ladder, and guests should be comfortable climbing. Pond use is at your own risk as the pond is natural and not treated. There is limited or no cell service; WiFi calling should be enabled before arrival, and arrival details should be saved in advance. Guests should be aware of wildlife, insects, and uneven ground in the rural setting. The property is on a private well and septic system, so outdoor hoses, sprinklers, slip and slides, or kiddie pools are not allowed, and only toilet paper should be flushed. During winter travel (October–April), AWD, FWD, or 4WD is recommended due to potentially unpredictable rural, mountainous roads. The driveway is plowed and shoveled every 3–4 inches of snow.
