Absolutely no parties are allowed, and any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate reservation termination without refund, plus additional cleaning and damage fees. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violations; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund, and you will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Cats are not allowed.
