Guests must be 25+ to book. During the months when snow is likely, October through April, a 4WD vehicle is necessary. The driveway to the house is downhill with gentle curves and is maintained in the winter, but 2WD vehicles will likely not make it back up the driveway. A vehicle is needed, as there are no Uber or Lyft services in this mountainous area. There is no cell service at the house, so please enable Wi-Fi Calling in your phone settings before arrival to make and receive calls over Wi-Fi. No parties, smoking, or pets are allowed.
The home runs on a private well and septic system. Please avoid anything that could strain these systems: no sprinklers, kiddie pools, Slip 'N Slides, or other water games and only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products. Registration Number: 20170316
