The entrance to the home is at the top of a flight of stairs, requiring guests to be comfortable climbing stairs. Cell service is limited or unavailable, so enabling WiFi calling and saving arrival details in advance is recommended. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors as sound carries in rural areas.
