The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two king-size beds, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed. A sleeper sofa is available in the common area. The living area boasts comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and large windows leading to a private balcony with panoramic Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area. Guests can enjoy two beachfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, a fitness center, and direct beach access. Free seasonal beach service, one set, is available from March 1 to October 31. Parking passes and wristbands are required and can be obtained by registering at the front desk upon check-in. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice). Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment options, The Summit 1502 provides an ideal blend of comfort and luxury for a memorable beachfront vacation. Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool, but these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.
