Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and common areas, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed unless otherwise authorized in writing. Any damage to the unit, furniture, or appliances must be reported promptly, and tenants are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Use appliances responsibly and turn off lights, heating/cooling when not in use. Do not tamper with electrical, plumbing, or internet systems. All condo building rules and bylaws must be followed, and fines issued by the building due to tenant actions will be the tenant’s responsibility. Do not leave doors or windows unlocked when leaving the unit. No illegal activities are permitted on the premises. At the end of the stay, the unit should be left in a reasonably clean condition (dishes done, garbage removed, personal items cleared).
