There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities, which cost $15 each and are valid for 3 days. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
