Pool heating is available for $35 per day, and a week's notice is kindly requested to coordinate it for you. The home is pet-friendly, and a written notification and approval are required. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 2 vehicles, and 2 vehicles may park on the street in front of the home. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of the neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
