If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g., vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed in your reservation details and will result in termination of reservation without refund if discovered. There is a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
