Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear and additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged through the booking platform. Guests are responsible for securing the unit and their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. The unit may be used for legal residential purposes only and illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Temporary outages or building amenity closures may occur and are outside the host’s control and no refunds or compensation will be provided for such outages or closures.
