Guests who do not take trash out on trash day during their stay agree to pay a $50 disposal fee. In the event of a lockout, assistance is only available during business hours of 9am to 7pm. If you are locked out outside of business hours because you lost or left your keys inside you are financially responsible for finding lodging or getting back into the unit.
