The kitchen and dining area feature stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop, an oven and microwave, a refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher with pods provided, a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker and essentials. Complimentary paper towel, coffee and tea are provided. There is a large dining area on the main floor with island seating and bar stools. Additional features include a pool table, a children's play area, and a poker/games room. The three full bathrooms include towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Two-car garage parking is available. Optional upgrades include a National Park entry upgrade, welcome basket, birthday decor package, romantic wine & flower package, spa at home package, movie night upgrade, Christmas tree & decor, Halloween decor & pumpkin carving package, winter cozy package, beer tasting kit, diffuser & aroma set, additional bedding & sleeping arrangements, grocery pre-stocking service and a pet friendly package, all subject to availability. This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from Superstore and T&T, 10 minutes from Walmart, Costco, RecRoom, and Crossiron mall, 10 minutes from Costco, T&T and H-Mart, 15 minutes from Calgary Airport, 20 minutes from Downtown Calgary and 20 minutes to Calgary Zoo. It also has quick access to Stoney Trail & Trans-Canada Highway, making road trips to Banff, Kananaskis, and Canmore a breeze. A $250CAD fine will be charged if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit following by law and fine policy. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music are allowed. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. No shoes are allowed inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbors, bylaws, and basement tenants. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes. A simple pre-arrival form, agreement, and ID Verification may be required before check-in.
