Parking space is available for two vehicles and a non-refundable pet fee is required to bring a pet. This house is located in a quiet residential area in Sharlo Ave with easy access to major highways, interstates, shopping centers and more! It's less than two miles from LSU and Tiger Stadium and only a few minutes away from Riverbend Park, Walmart, and the Mississippi River! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Parking on the street and in the alleyway is strictly prohibited and subject to being towed at your expense. Includes Wi-Fi and a cozy patio.
