The fully equipped kitchen includes complementary coffee and tea, cooking essentials, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The living room offers an oversized comfortable sofa, a throw blanket, and bay windows with lots of natural light. The dining area seats 6 people, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar table. The games room includes indoor basketball, board games, and air hockey. A pack n' play and high chair are available. Surrounded by nature and local highlights, this home is near restaurants, cafés, and parks, with a pickle ball and tennis stadium facility right opposite. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as it's a family neighborhood. There is a camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior that records image and sound 24/7. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of stays of one week or longer; guests are then responsible for providing these for the remainder of their stay. During winter, the driveway is shoveled, and the main road is plowed by the city; however, we are not responsible for any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself.
