Washer and dryers are available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and one complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
