Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and large gatherings and/or parties are not allowed. Only certified service animals are allowed, and requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox, and failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, you will be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am.
