Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. Access to the pool and gym is allowed for stays of 28 days or more. This apartment has a strict no-party policy; the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests and noise levels to prevent parties. Exceeding the specified number of guests may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund. There is also a strict no-smoking policy; any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector. If the alarm is triggered and smoke is detected, the property management has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge a $150 service call fee and $200 cleaning fees.
