Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep the neighborhood quiet and safe. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). There are cameras on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate. Pool floats are not provided. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
