Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for all visitors and any damages caused. Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues or pour grease down the drain. Forgotten personal items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery, with the guest paying for shipping plus a $30 handling fee for domestic shipping only. Any additional guests must be approved in advance, or the booking may be canceled without refund, with a $75 fee per person for unapproved additional guests. Late checkout must be requested and approved in advance, with a fee of $50 for up to 2 extra hours if available, and $60 per hour for unapproved late checkout. For the charcoal grill, guests must provide their own charcoal. For the propane grill, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the propane tank; a $250 fee will be applied if charcoal is used in a propane grill. Smoking indoors incurs a $250 fee, and smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Unauthorized parties/large gatherings, vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste, illegal drug paraphernalia, glitter or confetti, unauthorized pets, and excessive dirty dishes may incur additional cleaning fees. Unregistered pets will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning & sanitation fee. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee.
