Dogs are welcome with a $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees apply if there is pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway, with additional street parking available. Any additional guests must be approved in advance, or the booking may be canceled without refund, with a $75 fee per person for unapproved additional guests. Late checkout must be requested and approved in advance, with a fee of $50 for up to 2 extra hours if available, and $60 per hour for unapproved late checkout. For the charcoal grill, guests must provide their own charcoal. For the propane grill, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the propane tank; a $250 fee will be applied if charcoal is used in a propane grill.
