The occupancy limit is 10 people at all times on or outside of this apartment. If the party exceeds the occupancy limit without authorized permission, there will be a $100 fee charged per unauthorized person. There is a $200 per day cleaning fee if smoking of any sorts of products is found inside the property, a $500 excess cleaning fee for unauthorized pets, and a $100 per hour late check-out fee for unauthorized late check-out.
