The property includes a main cabin and a separate carriage house, offering a total of 8 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests.
Designed for both adventure and relaxation, the lodge features over 4 miles of private hiking trails, a hot tub with panoramic mountain views, and a game room complete with a pool table and kitchenette. Stay connected with smart TVs and high-speed internet throughout the property. The main cabin boasts comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a luxurious master suite with a jacuzzi tub. The carriage house offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and two queen-over-queen bunk beds.
Enjoy the BRAND-NEW SWIMMING POOL and a creekside bonfire pit for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars. A gas grill and outdoor dining area are available for al fresco meals. Plush linens and towels are provided. Private parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval for a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
Located just 10 minutes from the Cosby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this lodge provides easy access to hiking trails, waterfalls, and wildlife viewing opportunities. It's also a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and other local attractions. Cosby is known for its quiet charm and scenic drives, offering a peaceful escape from the bustle of larger tourist towns, while still being within a 25-minute drive to Gatlinburg and 30-40 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older, with the exception of children accompanied by their parents. No smoking is permitted on the property, except on the rooftop patio where it must be cleaned up afterward. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted without prior written approval. Wildlife, including bears, deer, and raccoons, may be encountered; do not leave food or trash outside and stay alert when exploring. A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the area, as there is no public transportation or rideshares nearby. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen circumstances. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
