No smoking is permitted indoors. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. The property is on a private well and septic system; please use water conservatively and flush only toilet paper. There is limited or no cell service, so enable Wi-Fi calling before arrival and save arrival details in advance. No firewood is provided for the wood stove. Be aware of the rural mountain setting with frequent wildlife sightings, including deer, raccoons, foxes, and coyotes. Insects and occasional rodents are part of the natural environment.
