This property is located in a rural mountain setting with potential for wildlife sightings, including deer, raccoons, foxes, coyotes, insects, and occasional rodents. The road to the house is dirt with potholes and the driveway is hilly; AWD or 4WD with all-weather tires is recommended from October through April. Cell service is limited or non-existent, so WiFi calling should be enabled before arrival and arrival details should be saved in advance. Firewood is not provided for the wood stove. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Day visitors require prior approval. There is no smoking indoors. The property has two Ring Flood Light cameras, one viewing the driveway and front door area, and the other viewing the backyard. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
