Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Eating or drinking in the pool, consumption of alcohol in the pool area, and diving into the pool are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Please do not bring any glass items or kitchen utensils near the pool. Rough housing, aggressive splashing, running, and horseplay are not permitted. Long hair should be tied back or tucked into a swim cap. The maximum number of swimmers in the pool should not exceed 10. Please maintain a quiet environment in the backyard; quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM to respect neighbors. Guests swim at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. No smoking, vaping, or use of weed or any illegal drugs is allowed anywhere on the property; a $200/day deep cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Unauthorized parties or events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. The unit is equipped with an Alertify monitoring device that measures sound levels and detects cigarette smoke; tampering, disconnecting, or triggering a violation notification will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction. After check-out, please leave no more than 3 bags of trash; extra fees will be applicable for leaving more than 3 bags. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
