Utilities are paid for by the owners and then reimbursed by the tenants on the 15th of the month (typically $100 per person). There will be a large basement bedroom option with a half bath or a first floor bedroom option. There is a full bath shared and a second full bath used by the couple. There is laundry, a front and back porch, spacious garage and driveway parking. There is a friendly dog and cat living in the home. We are not allowing any additional pets.
