This is a one bedroom shared space with a sectioned off solarium adjacent to the living room. Note: due to this being a shared space, a female roommate is preferred. Here are the details: $760 per month, $380 damage deposit (includes utilities and WiFi). One perk - I'm only at the apartment about half the time so you'd get the apartment to yourself quite often.
