Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer. - There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep an additional 1 adults. - There is No Full size oven it is a modern compact size oven. - There can be noise time to time from the other tenants but typically very quiet - Check-out Time: Please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 AM time will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour. - No Smoking/Vaping in the Home. - No Parties or Events - No Pets allowed - No Unregistered guests - No Food/Drinks on the bed - No Loud Noise after 9 PM to 9 AM there is a Sound Monitoring Device to Ensure this. - Respect the neighbourhood - No shoes in the house - Keep the house clean, - Wash your Dishes Before you Check out - Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out - Put all Recycling in the Recycling Bin upon Check out - 2 Guests Maximum Additional Guests will be $100 per person - Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $500 - Smoking/Vaping Fee: $500 - Unauthorized Parties or Events Fee: $1000 HOUSE INFO + RULES: -Please double-check to ensure you have collected all personal belongings.
