This room opens to a beautiful stone patio with a dining area, a fire pit with seating, and a screened-in gazebo. Guests have access to 5 parking spaces in the driveway and a carport for 1 car. The laundry units in the basement are free to use. A pet fee of $75 per pet will be added once booking is confirmed, with a maximum of three pets. Early check-in or late check-out can usually be accommodated for a $25 per hour fee, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice required. There are absolutely no parties or events allowed in the home or on the property. Any violation of the no-parties policy will result in immediate departure with no refund and a documented negative review. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may be subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup fee on top of the existing cleaning fee. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.).
