This cottage offers a peaceful waterfront setting directly on Lake Lure, yet is just minutes from Chimney Rock Village, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure Beach and Marina, and downtown Chimney Rock are all approximately a 5-minute drive away. The scenic Lake Lure Flowering Bridge is a 4-minute drive, and the historic Biltmore Estate is about a 45-minute drive.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and a minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests are asked to start a load of dirty towels and load and start the dishwasher before checking out. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, spills, stains, or trash left behind. Lake Lure is periodically lowered from late November through March for maintenance.
