Lot rent runs $425 and water service is billed by actual usage via water meter. Residents must enroll with a private trash service which runs $25-30 Security deposit and first months lot rent will be due at signing in the amount of $850. During the entire duration of the home purchase term and thereafter, the buyer will be responsible for all repairs and maintenance the home requires. Home could use some touch ups but does appear to be livable as is. Home is being sold as is with no representation of the condition of the home or appliances. Comes with refrigerator, stove, window heat/ac unit all of which we are told functions as it should but do not have a way to verify without electric service turned on. Home will come with a bill of sale showing the terms as agreed upon prior to move in. Potential residents must pay $45 for background /credit check (per person over 18) to be accepted into the community. We are not able to accept prior evictions or felons into the community at this time. Monthly income needs to be a minimum of $1500 and must be proven by paystubs or bank statements.
